Harvest Philosophy
Harvest I
Our first release draws from a micro-lot of Bhut Jolokia in Sibsagar, Assam. The harvest yielded 235 bottles of each expression. When they are gone, Harvest I closes. It will not be reproduced.
"Heat is not an assault. It is an invitation."
The House Selection
Our micro-lots are defined by what we leave out. No preservatives, no additives, no aggressive heat spikes. Just organic Bhut Jolokia, wild mangrove honey, and cold-pressed oils.
