Scoville & Co. shall not be liable for any adverse reaction, injury, or loss arising from consumption of our products where the Customer has failed to review the applicable ingredient and allergen information made available on the Website.

 

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

In the event of a manifest pricing error, Scoville & Co. reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund of any amount paid, without further obligation.

We accept payment through the methods made available on our checkout page at the time of your purchase. Payment is processed securely through third-party payment gateways. Scoville & Co. does not store your full payment card details.

 

6. No Resale Without Authorisation

Products purchased from Scoville & Co. are for the Customer's personal use only. Unauthorised commercial resale, redistribution, or bulk purchase for resale purposes is strictly prohibited without a formal wholesale agreement in writing from Scoville & Co.
